Raj Bhawan is the official residence of Governors of States and Lieutenant Governors of Union Territories. It was indeed an honor to work for the office of the Head of the State.
Governments across the country have switched over to digital methods of working. This has made overall performance more efficient and transparent. Similarly, Constitutional offices such as the Raj Bhawan have also followed suit while some have set examples for others to follow. In case of Raj Bhawan, U.P., we were supposed to come up with a new software for an Online Appointment System & Leave Management System. Similarly, the system for verification of visitors who wanted to meet the Governor was manual. Another issue was the manual storage (hard copy) of information in the office.
