The Inventory Tracking System (ITS) is a unified, end-to-end digital platform developed to manage the logistics and movement of over 15 lakh inventory items across various departments during the Maha Kumbh Mela 2025—one of the world’s largest religious gatherings.
Built to support real-time monitoring, auditability, and inter-departmental collaboration, the system enables transparent, efficient, and secure management of inventory across every phase—from central warehousing to sector-level distribution and final disposal.
Commissioned by the Government of Uttar Pradesh, this project supports multiple departments such as Jal Nigam, UPPCL, Municipal Corporation, PWD, and Medical Health Department, ensuring coordinated inventory control for the smooth functioning of the event.
