The Bio Diesel Portal is a pioneering digital platform developed and implemented by the Uttar Pradesh New & Renewable Energy Development Agency (UPNEDA), Government of Uttar Pradesh. This innovative system facilitates applicants in the biodiesel sector to apply for a No Objection Certificate (NOC) or a license to produce or sell biodiesel within the state. The platform simplifies the application process, allowing applicants to easily submit their requests for NOCs or licenses for biodiesel production and sales.
