The Allotment Management System for Industrial Land/Shed, developed for Uttar Pradesh Directorate of Industries and Enterprise Promotion, is intended to be used by the Investors willing to invest in Uttar Pradesh.
The system enables prospect and potential investors to request for the allotment of Mini and Large Industrial Lands & Sheds that fall under the jurisdiction of the Directorate of Industries and Enterprise Promotion, Uttar Pradesh.
To make a request for the allotment, investor registers on the Portal through OTP based Mobile No. & Email ID verification. After the registration, investor can raise the request for allotment. Application is being forwarded to the concerned official of the Directorate for further processing. If the official finds any query in the Application Form, he/she raises an online query which needs to be redressed by the Investor through their login, at the earliest. Approval is being given if the Application Form is found satisfactory and Land Allotment Letter is issued to the investor, which can be downloaded by respective user’s login.
SMS, Email and Dashboard alerts are being sent to the respective users of the System.
