It has been a year since I joined Omninet Technologies as a software developer. In my position, each day presents a new challenge and a learning opportunity. These challenges for me, however, become a learning experience with my highly talented and passionate team members. In my early days at Omninet, I was unfamiliar with many of the tools for which training was provided, and I was given opportunities to learn RPT and more about MVC. I can proudly say I have learned and excelled greatly in my work at Omninet. My only recommendation is that the time allotted for finishing any task be channelled a little more effectively because there are times when the workload is at its peak and less time is available. The management team here is highly supportive and is always eager to make employees comfortable. If you are a fresher and wish to learn new things, handle pressure with ease, and flourish in your niche, Omninet Technologies is the right place to be.
